The UZI MP2A1 gas blowback gas gun (FN UZI officially adopted by the West German Army) was released by NorthEast.
The Uzi or Uzi is a short machine gun manufactured by the Israeli company IMI (now IWI). It is a short machine gun representing the first postwar generation.
It was developed by Army Technical Major Uziel Gal in 1951 as Israel's first domestically produced weapon, and its production began in the same year.
At the end of the 1950s, FN began manufacturing the UZI under license from IMI, but Israel's production capacity was still limited at the time,
At the time, Israel's limited production capacity made it difficult to export to other countries, and Israel's antagonistic relations with Arab countries made it a poor choice as an importer of weapons.
To solve this problem, it was planned to produce them under license in countries other than Israel, and FN began production in return for the Israel Defense Forces' adoption of FN FALs made by FN.
In both appearance and construction, it is almost the same type as the original UZI, but the engraving has been changed. The model with a folding stock was adopted by the West German military under the name MP2A1,
It is also said to have been carried by the Green Berets in Project Gamma (a cross-border reconnaissance operation in Cambodia) conducted by the CIA from 1968 to 1969, and was equipped with a suppressor made by Military Armament[23].
